Free ten-minute assessment · Written report on your business

Where could agentic AI pay in your business?

A free written report on your own business: where agentic workflows could create value first, three workflows worth looking at, and what we could not yet establish. Ten questions, about ten minutes. Read by a person before anyone follows up.

What you receive

A report on your business, not a score.

01

Where the opportunity concentrates

Five operating domains, scored and explained: commercial and route-to-market, revenue growth and trade, demand and supply, finance and controls, management intelligence.

02

Three workflows worth looking at first

Named, with the reason each one is a candidate for your company, what an agentic version would do, and what would need to be true to build it.

03

What we could not establish

The Scout states its limits. That section is what makes the rest of the report worth reading.

Agentic Opportunity Report for Northwind Foods

Prepared by the TiMiNa Opportunity Scout · Preliminary

Headline

The opportunity concentrates in trade and commercial execution. Promotions are planned on last year’s mechanic and evaluated weeks after they end, and distributor attention follows habit rather than outlet value. Demand and finance workflows run on spreadsheets, which limits what could be automated before the data is fixed.

Promotion evaluation, from weeks to days

A candidate because promotions are the largest discretionary spend named on the site and the report found no evaluation cadence. An agentic version would observe sell-out and claims as they arrive, investigate variance against the plan, recommend the next mechanic, act on approved changes, and learn from the result. It would need promotion plans, sell-out by outlet, and a person who owns the go or no-go.

What we could not establish

  • Which promotion mechanics run today, and how often they are evaluated after the fact.
  • Whether claims and deductions are matched to agreed terms in a system or in spreadsheets.
  • The number of distributors and the share of secondary sales visible weekly.
How it works

Three steps.

  1. 01

    Tell us who you are

Your business email, your company, and your website. The Scout begins reading a small number of your public pages while you answer.

  2. 02

    Answer ten questions

Ten questions about how the work runs today. Not how the org chart says it runs.

  3. 03

    Read your report

The report appears on screen and lands in your inbox, with the FMCG Agentic Opportunity Map attached. The person who read it is the person you would speak to on a call.

The Scout, plainly

What the Scout is, and is not.

The Opportunity Scout is in public beta.

It is an agentic system built by TiMiNa. When you start the journey below, what you submit is sent to the Scout service, a short-lived session is created for you, and your details and answers may be stored for as long as that temporary session lasts.

Its look at your website reads a limited set of its public pages and may use AI-generated analysis, so text from those pages may be processed by the Scout service. It does not read your whole site and does not independently verify your business. AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or wrong, and you review the research context, what it found on your site, before continuing. That analysis is not guaranteed to succeed: when none can be produced, the Scout carries on from your answers alone, which gives the same result for the same answers.

Either way the assessment is preliminary: a first read, not a recommendation and not a decision, and not financial, legal or professional advice. Every report is read by a person from TiMiNa before any call.
