How the Scout handles your information.

What is sent, and when

Nothing is sent while you read the Scout page. From the moment you start the Scout, what you submit is sent to the Scout service, a short-lived session is created for you, and the organization details and answers you give may be stored for as long as that temporary session lasts. Sessions run for a fixed window from the moment they start.

The session is identified by a cookie the server sets. It is not stored in your browser's local storage, and nothing you answer is sent to this site's analytics, which never receive an answer, a company name, or a website.

What the Scout reads

The Scout's look at your public website may use AI-generated analysis. The organization details you submit, and text from the small number of public pages it reads, may be processed by the Scout service to produce that. It does not read your whole site, and it does not verify your business or anything it finds there.

That analysis is not guaranteed to succeed. When none can be produced, the Scout says so and carries on from your answers alone, which gives the same result for the same answers.

What the report is

Either way the assessment is preliminary: a first read, not a recommendation and not a decision. It is not financial, legal, or other professional advice. Every report is read by a person from TiMiNa before any follow-up call.

Your answers and the report are stored so we can send them to you and discuss them with you, and for nothing else. There is no newsletter and no sequence: one report, one email, and one follow-up only if you ask for it.

Your email, your company, your website

The three details you give at the start are used to address the report to you, to name your company in it, and to tell the Scout which public pages to read. They are held by TiMiNa for that purpose. If you would like them removed, write to the address below and we will do so.
